We are the one and only builders that you will ever require. As you will see we provide quality workmanship that is carried out to the Local Building Control Authorities guidelines but we are flexible enough to carry the work out with the options to add or change things according to the customers tastes.
We understand that not all customers can visualize the finished product from a few drawings and that things might start to look a little different as the work progresses, we do endeavor to suit the customers change of mind where possible.
Shanker Builders are fully insured for your peace of mind, and are also members of:
- FMB Master Bond Warranted (Which allows us to be able to provide extended insurance backed warranties on extensions and refurbishment projects)
- Trustmark (A government endored organisation)
- NHBC (House building organisation which can provide extended insurance backed warranties on new build projects)
- Buy With Confidence (A scheme provided by the office of fairtrading. To do so we have had to prove a history of competent work and business, good quality workmanship for a number of previous clients.)
We like to believe that we offer great value for money and will compete with any realistic like for like quotation you may have already received. Saying that we do not like to compromise on materials or building techniques used and would rather let other companies do the project than compromise the quality of the project for our clients.
